Using the app
Tap the + button or "Open Tab" from any screen. Give it a title, pick a size (S, M, or L), and you're in. Duration and energy level are optional, but they help the AI make better suggestions when you're stuck.
Reload Day is the panic button for when your day has gone sideways. Tap it and Brain Tabs reorganises your remaining open tabs into a realistic plan so you can keep moving without spiraling.
When you're stuck on a task and can't get started, Tab Crash asks the AI to help. It can break a big task into smaller steps, suggest a different approach, or find a quick win nearby. whatever gets you unstuck.
Structured gives you a time-blocked schedule. Flow is a priority list with no times, for days where you'll work when the moment is right. Recovery limits you to 1–3 tasks with a low-pressure UI, for the hard days. Switch between them anytime in settings.
Notifications
Go to Settings → Daily Reminders and tap Enable. If it shows "blocked", open your iPhone Settings → Brain Tabs → Notifications and turn them on from there. Once granted, Brain Tabs schedules random nudges between 8am and 8pm daily.
Brain Tabs sends 4 random nudges per day spread across 8am–8pm. They're intentionally sporadic, no fixed times, so they don't become background noise. The messages rotate from a pool of friendly prompts.
Account & billing
Yes. sign in with your email from the Settings screen. No password needed, just a magic link sent to your inbox. Your tabs, streak, XP, and settings will follow you across devices.
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Brain Tabs → Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Go to Brain Tabs Settings → Brain Tabs Pro → Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used when you first subscribed.
